SUPERWATER contains hydrosols of rose, chamomile and sandalwood.
At CULT+KING we are big believers in the power of botanicals. Most of our products contain botanical essential oils. But there are other forms to capture that power… like hydrosols.
SUPERWATER is our homage to hyrosols, which are the floral waters or distillates of essential oils. Hydrosols are the water left behind after extracting an essential oil from a plant through water/steam distillation, making hydrosols beneficially powerful yet gentle enough for the most sensitive skins.
ANTIOXIDANTS ARE ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA
We’ve packed SUPERWATER with a feast of all our favorite antioxidants from holy basil, green tea and rose to chamomile, pomegranate and Vitamin C (boosted by ferulic acid).
We’re all so busy consuming antioxidant-rich foods and supplements. Why not add topically-applied antioxidants to your regimen for visible radiance and a brighter, hydrated appearance of skin and hair.

SUPERWATER is such a beautiful formulation that it deserves a gentle natural antimicrobial, and we also wanted to give it a more moisturizing feel than one might expect from “water.” This is our dream product, after all. We found the solution for both these goals with Lactobacillus Ferment, a new addition to CULT+KING’s ingredient repertoire. Is it a “prebiotic” or a “probiotics-based post-biotic”? Who knows? Let the scientific journals argue amongst themselves. We’re just going to enjoy it.

I have been using this for about a week now! My skin is acne prone and this has NOT caused any breakouts. I had some irritation around my jaw and chin; this spray calmed that irritation down. The Superwater works well with my other products. Now onto the hair! My hair is fine, thick, and has very very minimal wave- my hair is also very frizzy. The Superwater has given my hair the perfect amount of hydration. I used it alone the first time and loved the results. Yesterday I washed my hair then applied the Hair Tonik to my scalp (also 5 star products), the Superwater all over, and then about a quarter sized amount of the Hair Jelly. My hair looks absolutely perfect! Just the right amount of control, volume, and texture. I love Cult + King soooo much!

Effective and gentle! The combination of HARSH winter + HARD water has left my scalp flakey. It’ doesn’t feel dry or itchy and it’s not dandruff. My hair is moisturized but my scalp felt stripped. I use this as part of my skincare routine. Works great as a toning mist. Excess oil is significantly reduced after a quick spritz and gently pressing the mist into my skin. I also carry the travel size bottle in my bag in case I want a moment to refresh while I am away from home.

I love, love, love this product. I have fine hair (but a ton of it) that tangles easily if I don’t use a leave-in conditioner, but most of the ones I’ve tried weigh my hair down too much and/or cause breakouts.
