Here at CULT+KING we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. So, our return/refund policy is simple. If you receive damaged haircare products or aren’t satisfied for any reason, please send an email to orders@cultandking.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will promptly rectify the situation.

If you have not experienced a product in person through your salon, barbershop or apothecary, we suggest a mini-size to start, rather than purchasing a full-size and also a refill of a product you haven’t yet experienced. In the event that multiple items of the same product are purchased by a first-time buyer, only one will be subject to return/refund.

Due to the personal nature of haircare tools (hair brushes, combs, capes, etc.) these items are not subject to return/refund unless damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We strive to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. All orders ship by UPS Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail from our Park City, Utah facility arriving within 1-5 business days. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has shipped you will receive an additional shipping email with your tracking number for reference. When the carrier has reported that your package has been delivered to you, you will receive a third email.

If for any reason your order cannot ship within 10 business days we will contact you by phone or email.

Once UPS and USPS pick up your package from us, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cards are charged in real-time at checkout.
