WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO BECOME A VICEROY?
  • Active working licensed hairdresser or barber.
  • Local expert in using CULT+KING products
  • Orders & uses the products on a regular basis, either as the salon owner themselves or through their salon.
  • Thorough knowledge of C+K products, company, + ethos.
  • Expressed personal interest and applied to become a Viceroy.
  • Background or interest in educating or sharing C+K with others in their salon and community, in person and/or on social media

WHAT DO VICEROYS DO?

  • Be a resource to anyone in their salon about CULT+KING.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, use them in salon, and be ready to talk about them. (We consider recent use to be within the last 6 months based on shipments of products to your salon)
  • Attend Quarterly Learnings Calls & Viceroy Converges whenever they can, or watch the recording later.
  • Ready to review and give thoughtful feedback about new products and tester prototypes.
  • If you are an employee at a wholesale account – be the liaison between the salon owner & C+K.
  • Express your knowledge and enthusiasm for C+K products and mission on social media or in salon (Content program & guidelines coming soon)
  • Encouraged to put CULT+KING Viceroy in your social media profile.
  • Stay in touch! Stay subscribed to emails from C+K, keep us informed of any changes in your employment or contact info, and let us know how we can support you!
  • Don’t be toxic.

Once accepted, you will be invited to the CULT+KING Discord channel.

EDUCATION
Host CULT+KING Product Knowledge classes in your salons and community on a regular basis.

GROWTH POTENTIAL
As we grow, we may come across situations where a practiced Viceroy who has taught C+K PK before might be called upon to teach at a local salon who wants to learn more. This pool of Viceroy educators is who we will begin to think of as our education team.

WHAT DOES VICEROY EMERITUS MEAN?

Once a Viceroy, always a Viceroy If the salon you work at stops carrying C+K (i.e. hasn’t ordered in 6 months), if you move to a new salon that doesn’t carry C+K, or if you stop doing hair, you will automatically become Viceroy Emeritus. You will still be listed on the website as Viceroy Emeritus and receive Viceroy Emeritus shopping discounts. You will continue to be invited to C+K converges and events forever! And you’ll always have the opportunity to re-join if and when your situation changes.
