MULTIVERSE is a hold product that strengthens hair and adds control and polish with light-as-feather occlusive oils (MCT). It has so many properties (smoothing, hold, shine, strengthening) that it is essentially an already-pre-mixed C+K product.
- Great to use after either C+K Foundation product: TONIK or SUPERWATER.
- Use during wet stylings (where it works like a gel) and as a finishing product on dry hair (where it works like a paste).
- Can you cast curls with MULTIVERSE? Yes. It has the most hold of any CULT+KING product when casting curls.
- Can you blow out curly hair straight with MULTIVERSE? Yes, you get the same hold when blowing out hair that you get when casting curls, plus the volume that comes from the blow-out. It’s a great blow-out cream for all hair textures and lengths.
- Can you mix MULTIVERSE and JELLY? Yes. This mix is an amazing root-booster for big-volume blow-outs, and it will be the most hold you will EVER get from CULT+KING (as of 2025, at least). You may find this mixture too grippy for mids to ends, so we recommend it only at the roots.
- Can you use MULTIVERSE as a finishing product? Yes. After drying your hair, apply a small amount to create separation and piece-iness. MULTIVERSE works like a light paste on dry hair only.
- Does MULTIVERSE have a heat protectant? No, but you can layer or mix SETSPRAY into your styling routine to add heat protection.
- Can you use MULTIVERSE as a traditional pomade? Yes. Work it into wet hair and let it air dry or blow dry. After the style has dried, you can break it up for a dry look, adding a couple more dabs of MULTIVERSE for separation and control.
- What if I want a Pompadour? You can have it. MULTIVERSE is a great pompadour pomade if you’re blow-drying with a round brush. Start with a nickel-size dab; add more if you need more control. Finish off with a dab more rubbed into your hand to smooth. Use SETSPRAY to lock it in.

- Inulin from agave is a natural polymer for hold, as well as a prebiotic.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply a dime-size amount to wet or dry hair. Add more, if needed. Air dry, blow dry, or diffuse.
For curl casting, add a generous amount to coat from roots to ends.

Cult+King has done it again. This product is perfection. I use it on my curls, mixed with jelly. My partner uses it as a pomade. It’s fabulous.
My hair is fine and it doesn’t weigh it down – it leaves my curls with perfect hold and moisture. Please never stop making this!

The best hair styling product I have ever used. I have 2c to 3a curly/wavy hair with my most difficult hair in the front where it counts. Had a chance to try this when I got my hair cut recently. The product smells (and functions) incredibly! I mean, it’s like you just picked a fresh bouquet of lavender when you open the jar. The only downside here is it’s very little product for curl casting, which is what I’d like to use it for. Rightfully expensive, bc truly this product only has incredible ingredients, but not something I could afford for that purpose. I’m going to purchase anyway and see if I can make it stretch as a lighter hold product.

Had my stylist try this on me at my last appointment after my cut. This is hands down the best air-dry product I’ve found for my wavy, misbehaving graying/highlighted hair. My hair dries quickly into nice waves and even some separated curls underneath that I can then scrunch out for a truly effortless look. It smells like a spa and does not make my scalp itch (some natural products with essential oils do). I can mist my hair with water on non-wash days and it shapes nicely back into place. Thank you for making this product! I will buy it for as long as you sell it. I am purchasing one today for my daughter who uses it for her slick-backs!

I never leave reviews but this requires all the praise!! I have curly hair and have tried SO many products over the years. I have never tried anything that works as wonderfully as this in every way. Before starting with C&K products, I was experiencing huge amounts of hair loss – especially on wash day. Since starting with Creampop and now multiverse (the only products I use) I have almost no hair loss (just normal shedding), my curls look amazing, and I’m finally getting more growth and fullness! I wash once a week with Creampop and apply multiverse generously on wash day. The rest of the week, I simply rewet lightly to reactivate the multiverse and finger twist curls as needed. Occasionally, I reapply a tiny bit of Multiverse thinned with water in my hands or fingertips to any extra frizzy spots. I am a customer for LIFE and can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you C&K!!!

Good golly Miss Molly this stuff is Beyond magical not sure what spell they made this with but I am over the moon. For reference I have long very curly ( 3 B ish) hair. I first applied a small amount of Jelley and then multiverse, my hair dried waaay faster and is fluffy but defined with no frizz . I want this in a ginormous size because if I was in a burning building I would grab my Multiverse for sure, Thank you for a Magical product!
